At DreamHealth, we’re dedicated to providing products that support better sleep, posture, and overall wellbeing. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re not satisfied after this period—and within our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee—you may request a return by contacting us at support@dreamhealthclinic.com.
Shipping Insurance
If shipping Insurance has been purchased with order it will cover the following.
Damage to the product not including packaging
Product lost in transit
Stolen Goods (Must be confirmed case with police report provided)
Return Shipping Costs
All shipping insurance claims must be submitted via email to support@dreamhealthclinic.com. Claims will be reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days. If deemed eligible, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the circumstances of the claim.
Order Cancellation Policy
All order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit, and we may not be able to cancel it.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We’re confident in the quality and benefits of DreamHealth products. If after using the product for at least 14 days, you are still not satisfied, you are eligible to request a return within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns & Restocking Fee
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns will incur a $20 restocking fee per order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and protective materials.
- The packaging must be intact (not torn or damaged).
- Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health and safety concerns.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the original item must meet all return eligibility requirements (i.e., it must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact). An exchange fee of 10$ will apply.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@dreamhealthclinic.com.
Important: DreamHealth does not currently provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping carrier and covering the shipping fees for the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dreamhealthclinic.com. for return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and package all products to avoid damage during transit. A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging alone (e.g., dented box) is not considered valid for a replacement if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged:
Report it within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@dreamhealthclinic.com with a clear photo of the damage.
We will assess the claim and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no extra cost. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DreamHealth is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier service directly.
DreamHealth is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If no correction is made within this window, we cannot offer reshipments or refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version before making a purchase. By placing an order with DreamHealth, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
