At DreamHealth, we're proud to offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on all orders containing multiple products. For orders outside of Australia, an international shipping fee will apply.
Order Processing Times
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your delivery address.
During peak seasons or public holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery windows for our major regions:

🇺🇸 United States: 8–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 10–16 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once a parcel has been handed off to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. However, we’re here to help:

If your order appears lost or was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@dreamhealthclinic.com.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most couriers require the recipient’s details to investigate.

We will also assist by following up with the courier on your behalf.
Please be aware that DreamHealth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. While these situations fall outside our refund policy, we may offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
If the courier confirms the package is unrecoverable, we suggest filing a police report to support your claim.
